Hello everybody,

I've been reading around the forum and decided to purchase the OME lift from Jeepinbyal. I also have 16x8 wheels so from what I've read 265/70r16s are the way to go, or are 245/75r16s okay as well? With the HD springs I'm looking at getting about 2.5" of lift. With this size tire am I going to have any problems with rubbing? Where do the KKs typically rub from the height or the width of the tires?

Thanks for the help!

245/75s will work with 8" wide, but you run the risk of losing a bead since you spread the sidewalls to the max recommended width. 265s would work much better on the 8" wide wheels.

There shouldn't be any problems with 265/70-16s. If they do run it'll be the pinchweld which is an easy fix. It all depends on the specs of your wheels.

If you have 8 inch wide wheels then stick with 265-70-16s then ,
Not sure on rubbing since we don't know the backspacing you have
