You're going to have to go custom made. No aftermarket company makes mounts for it. The KK isn't like Wranglers or XJs where you can order most things out of a book. |

Congrats on getting a KK and welcome to the forum. This forum is basically a community of Liberty lovers haha. It's okay not knowing anything. I didn't know how to change my own oil when I first got mine (first ever vehicle). Now I'm doing everything from maintenance to custom fab work to some top secret surprises haha. As for running a light bar on the roof, you'll have to cab mounts to allow it to sit where you want it. Although, that's a rather bad spot for light bars. From there you'll get glares from the windshield and hood because the light bars beam hits them which really just negatively hurts your vision. Having your light sit back a bit (where your roof bars start) it'll actually give the benefits of the light when you're allowed to use it. On that note, city drivers almost NEVER can use it because of laws and traffic (I live in the middle of nowhere and use them-illegally-on the back roads). If you really want to spend the hundreds of dollars on a light bar so it sits there to look cool go for it, I agree that it does look awesome...I just can't bring the fashion of function haha. |
