Now before I dump a few 1000 more into the kk ... I could get into the older wrangler with hopefully almost 1/2 of what I'm paying now I wanna wheel Moab ..that's the goal Ok guys opinions goooooooo !!!!! |

i love my kk. plan to always keep it. but i would go jk cause they just are more versatile and have a vast amount of parts whereas the kk just doesnt have much of anything |

Wouldn't trade a KJ or KK for a JK even if they paid me to Anyone can build a JK from a arm chair sitting in the AC Takes a real Jeeper to build a Liberty properly |

So you'd be financing a 13 year old vehicle? A 2002 is a TJ, not a JK. No thanks. I have a feeling your mint, 4 year old vehicle may be more reliable than a 13 year old vehicle with more than 5x the mileage. |

Keep the KK. My sister has an 01 TJ with the 4.0. It's a dog and there's no room in it. You have to pull the rear seat if you want any room for gear. If you have a family or plan on wheeling with friends and need a Wrangler look into a JKU or a LJ. The KK will handle a lot of Moab stock, and with armor and a lift, maybe even lockers you'll be able to do everything at Moab that you're wanting to do. Watch a few videos of Moab, unless you want to do insane rock climbing, a lot of Moab isn't something that a Wrangler is needed for. |

Sounds like you sorta have your mind made up to change over. But I will agree with the others. The KK is good to go, you already did the hard part of lifting it, etc. I wheel with 3 TJs all the time, none of them are monster or rubicons or anything, but all are lifted with bigger tires etc. I can go anywhere they can go, at least any place they are willing to go with theirs. I don't do massive rock crawling or anything , but neither do the people I roll with. You will hear that the TJ is easy to work on and has lots of mods available, and this is very true. BUT...its a good thing its easy to work on, because you will be working on it constantly I can promise you. I gave up a TJ and got the KK. Other than the many many mods possible, I absolutely know it was the better choice and do not regret it one bit. |
