gooday. I have an 08 Liberty. How do I remove the plastic covers on the roof where a rack would attach? Are there holes under there to attach a rack?

Just pull the covers off, they are fastened with double sided tape. Eight studs will be revealed in wich you can bolt to after the paint is cleaned from the threads.

gooday . The plastic covers came off easy now what do you recommend for all the double sticky tape left over. I was going to try some goo gone and tar and bug remover tomorrow.

Grab a plastic 1" wide putty knife too.
