Have a 2011 jeep liberty stock height wanted to run a 16x8 -12 offset any issues with rubbing?

wheel/ tire will be out 1.25 inches more than stock
with the way the KJs/KKs are and unlifted you'll have rubbing
PLUS the fact there is no tire you can run that needs a 8 inch wide wheel
