So its getting colder out and I've been using my rear defroster more and more. I noticed that sometimes it takes a long time to start doing anything, but sometimes it never comes on at all. I decided to check the connection tabs and they look kinda of rusted and corroded and I'm thinking maybe they need a good cleaning. Anyone have experience with this and is there a recommended way to clean these off? |

Get a bittle of Coke Cola and a $.99 toothbrush and dunk the toothbrush in the let it soak and then scrub the corrosion. |

try soaking the tab in alcohol or wd-40. after the wd-40 though, let it dry and dab some alcohol on it. electrical grease is a plus, but not overly necessary. |
