OK so have been through the entire heating system. Checked every actuator and door. Nothing stuck everything working good. No air in the system. One hose feels slightl warmer than the other but at 16 degrees anything warm is pretty much hot to cold hands. Heater blows fine just slightly luke warm. KK is a 2012 with close to 75k on it. Is it possible that this is just a flush problem or something bigger? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also did find out that the controls can be swapped back and forth. I have both heating systems in my trucks. swapped the one out of my truck which will make you sweat at -20. The climate control set worked fine when plugged in just not as responsive without the extra sensor in the domelight.

Thanks in advance

It would help if you told us what the problem is.
No heat, warm heat, not blowing, only have heat on one side?

Sorry I missed that. Does blow just slightly warm air. Like two degrees above outside temp

When at operating temp the core hoses should both be as hot as the radiator hoses.
If not, that would suggest a blockage. Either trapped air or clogged core..
