And Honestly, Girraween and Bald Rock are amazing to see, but 3 hours from Brisbane. If you cant go to the Rock (Ularu), seeing that area around Stanthorpe is excellent, I truely don't understand why they dont advertise them more?

Yep, if your driving up the coast from Sydney to Brisbane then stopping for a surf at Lennox Head/Angourie (if it is working) would be an "Endless Summer" experience.

Susan and I just spent 2 weeks travelling around NSW in some very nice place's within 3 to 4 hrs of Sydney.
We went to Western Plains Zoo, very good recommend it as all the enclosure's are large, nearly an acre each.
The Blue Mountains are a must see and Hunter Region also very picture perfect (when you aren't looking at mine
and I thought Queensland was bad) went through Wisemans Ferry over the Hawksberry River. You can a bit of
everything from Sydney, outback Australia (well dry rural Australia) bush land, senic, surf, sun and sand then
maybe finish off with a trip to the World's largest sand Island Fraser we just need another excuse to go.
