First ever LOST Aus Run

Just wondering if any group discount was going to be applied on the website rates.
Might be able to upgrade to a cabin :lol:

I just made my booking with Mary at the site, we are arriving on Friday the 24th & staying Friday, Sat & Sunday night (not sure after that). I thought it best to stay the Sunday night so I don't have to pack everything am Sunday and lug it around on the 2 1/2 day trips

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Ed, I didn't ask about bulk bookings but the price is pritty good, $225 for 3 nights in a cabin. ($50 deposit)

gmemud, where do you live (Central Queensland)? Just out of interest as I wondering who will be the LOST member to travel the furtherest. If sini (SA) or Palla (WA) was attending they would probably be the furtherest away.

Liz and I will be driving up from Adelaide, but that probably doesn't count as we will be on our way back to Brisbane.

Rang them to book and the normal cabins are all booked out. :cry:

And the gf reckons it's too cold to camp. :lol:

Sorry it has taken so long to reply but I have been locked out for some reason, hence the slightly different username.
I work in Blackwater ( 200ks west of Rockhampton ) and spend most of my time here now, I also spend a lot of time in Mackay as the kids are there.
It's about 1300ks to Coffs from here so if we can get away from here at 3am Friday we should be there about 6pm with a good run. At least it will be a bit more comfy than when I took the J10 down to Camp Coffs last year.

Wow, that's great. You win the no distance too far, I seen a sticker on the back of a ute "My ute my country no distance too far" :lol:

love it. I went to Rockhampton about 5 years ago, my wife had to go the the Uni for a week. It was great, I played bowls with the older chaps & drank beer. I love that climate, the grass is great (nice & thick), it's a wonderfull part of Australia.
