my power lock and radio are possess

i had my windshield (cracked) replaced yesterday, this morning while the jeep was idling with the radio on i press on the lock button to release all the locks but nothing happened, you will hear the trigger but the locks wont go up,

i noticed that when the radio is on i cant unlock all the doors using the button,
but when the radio is off one touch on the drivers button unlock all the doors,

anybody can help me diagnose this problem? I did reset the pcm but still the same

thanx for any help

Wow, thats crazy. Never heard of anything of the sort. The BCM controls all that stuff and is located on the left side of the dash. Maybe they got it wet or something when they put the windshield in?

Hmm, Im not to sure where the relay for the radio is. I know its somewhere IN the dash. You can hear it click when you turn the radio on.

The BCM is part of the fuse block when you take the cover off the side. Look for any evidence of water or anything, not to sure why they would have water around any of that though?

There is a fuse for the windows is that fuse block on the side of the dash. Idk where the relays are, sorry I cant help ya more. Im sure others will chime in. :)
