OMFG! That should have been the winner of the Rig of the Month "Mud" competition right there!

And I absolutely love the "Jeep" logo covered in mud. What a great billboard advertisment that would make.

Brilliant mate, did you have fun cleaning it?

Definitely a winner in my book because you are truly shown stuck in some serious mud.

Same thoughts on the muddy Jeep Logo. Would make for a great advertising idea. *HINT* *HINT* for any Jeep ad execs out there lurking on here.

Looks like if you had gotten a little bit further you really would have needed that flag!

Seconded - do you have a higher-res version I can use as a desktop? I s'pose I could find some mud and pour it all over the jeep logo on mine for the shot, but you've already got it covered :-P And the mud out here looks a lot more....well, black and chunky.

It ran great all the way home. About 2.5 hours from home I washed mud off the surface of the radiator.

Then the next day I power washed the whole thing (including radiator). Only some mud caked under the bumper which I missed, which blocked air flow and caused overheating.

Next time I know to take some ramps to the power wash and take the grille off and I'm good to go.

No mud intrusion other than what I tracked in myself.

I put the original 5 megapixel picture of the Jeep logo here: http://www.patmedia.net/joe.anstett/muddy_jeep_logo_lg.jpg

It looked like the LaBrea tarpits, Jeeps stuck everywhere.

1st one in was a TJ, immediately got stuck. I decided I'd be a smart *ss and take a slightly different line. My hood went down and mud washed over the roof, and I was stuck. About 3-4 more Jeeps (TJs) got stuck as well as a Chevy pickup.

After that, most of the people in my trail group stayed parked on the sidelines to watch the show. The only people who didn't get stuck played in the safe areas.

Nobody tried taking the same lines as anyone who got stuck prior.
