Sorry almost missed this post....
The Jeep has 3,500 miles, most of the roads here are bumpy, rocky and dusty. Not much mudding. Also I have no options about going to dealers there are none here. We fix them ourselfs so I need a good code reader
If it was a hub assembly I would notice the loss in handling. No loss.
actually with the loss of ABS and the other features I've had to go back to controlling the Jeep manually. A little more skidding, more caution on the turns, and no more tail gates. Without the traction control I need to engage the 4x4 to get up the hill to my house when its wet or I slide backwards. Totally not cool.

My money's on a bad front hub bearing. How often is it submerged in water/how many miles are on the Jeep?
the sensor itself doesn't just GO OUT...the hub assembly wears out, and creates slop, and the sensor can no longer read the tone ring properly, so since the ABS/TCS systems won't operate properly with the sensor not reading right, it turns those systems off, and those lights come on.
Also could be a yanked wire from the hub assembly/rear speed sensors from wheeling...could be a lot of things. Best bet is to have a REAL code reader (any GOOD independent shop will have one, you don't have to go to the stealership) and it will tell you what's not getting a signal.
Fluids wouldn't cause any of the lights to come on. the parking brake light would come on if the fluid was low.
