I'd guess almost 7 years with no major fix is doing pretty good for any vehicle.I spotted a oil leak when I removed my front diff months ago and been keeping my eye on it to see if/when it worsens,it hasn't but soon I'll be fixing it.The oil leak is from the head gasket, but only at the area where the head gasket surrounds the timing chain, not a huge deal yet but better get it fixed. It hasn't leaked enough over the last few months to form a drop, that's good, and I've been keeping a eagle eye on my oil/coolant levals.

Stupid Army, storing my KJ for 2 years was most likely the cause of this leak, took the best precautions but guess I'm not suprised.Below is a pic of the passenger side,it's hard to see but I put a yellow arrow to where the leak is coming from.

The Army Strong gremlins took their wraith on TJsKJ :D Luckily all they were able to do is jack up the head gasket....strong my butt! :D

Doesn't appear too horrible yet..

All the more reason to do a rebuild in the future.

Water pump??

Doesn't seem to be leaking too bad. How many miles do you have on the engine. What oil have you been using??

Yes, it's why I had no problem buying his front diff; I figured it had to be in much better shape than the one on my Jeep!

At the risk of sounding stupid why would storing your vehicle for 2 years cause an oil leak?
