6000 mile service

Yeah it's kind of a good idea to get that stuff taken care of. Those trips to Georgia tend to be a little rough on the 'ol KK. Made the trip from Sioux Falls, SD to Atlanta back in July. Shortly after I got back, the powersteering went out. So yeah... definitely want to get that stuff taken care of.

For my vote, the usual oil change and tire rotation is the only important part......except for one thing:

that bit about "adjust the parking brake".

Now that, I have had problems with on every single car. The cables are always loose. I don't know about other KK owners, but mine is at 5400miles, and already I can pull it all the way up, and still push the car with my hands (outside). So you know, adjusting handbrake cables can run from $300-600 at most other places. If the dealer is willing to do this included in the service, I would go for it. (and in 600 miles, I will).

Just my two cents.

you might see if your service dept will replace your parking brake assembly with the one from the H28 recall
