Just a few new pics of the KJ.

A few uploaded pics of my KJ:

Here are the rear wheel wells. I took the liner out after hearing that it traps mud. Good greif they were right! On the passanger side, I had mud and dirt packed between the body and wheel liner almost halfway up the wheel well! I used Autozone Bedliner ($8 a can) and It works awsome! Well here are the pictures of the wheel wells and the spray bed liner I used!

Looks good what rims and tires do you have on it? Can really see them its a little dark.

do you get noticeably more noise without linings? I really don't mind the noise but I am just curious.

Liberator84: I am using the Steel Sport Rims (Not sure the exact name) and have 245 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A's

Manic: Yes there is a litte more noise, especially if the roads are wet. I dont mind the noise though. I would much rather have noise on the road than mud behind my liners eating away at the body.

Looks nice Uvalax236! Good idea pulling the liners out and replacing with truck bed liner. Oh, and I like your plates!

BTW - You play lacrosse?

I used to play lacrosse. I never bothered to change my screen name on aol and have since used it on every board I am a member of. I am going to be spraying the front wheel wells tonight so pics should be uploaded later on tonight.

Advance Auto Parts has a rubberized, SOUND DEADENING undercoating that should help with the noise issue. Also, I have found that the Duplicolor sprayon bedliner chips quite easily..

But at $8 a can and that you can spray over it and it looks fine, its worth it to me. I may look into the rubberized spray overtop of the existing coat I have on now.

Well you have to wiggle your left foot, curl your right pinkey and hop on your left foot. No really, its a few pop rivits on the top of the fender flare, and 2-3 in the middle of the liner. Eays to remove and easy to reinstall if you dont like em off.

I ran out of bed liner tonight so I will have to run to the store tomarro and get some more. 2 cans of this stuff will do all 4 wells with thick coats.

Ok I was looking at the fender liner, how do you get it off? I saw the 3 or 4 plastic rivets, but it seems to be tucked under the plastic fender flare, how do you get those off? I already broke 1 plastic rivet on the flare , what did I do wrong?

Does anybody know if the bedliner will adhere to plastic. I was thinking of spraying the plastic trim of the bumpers and the fender flares with spray on bedliner. Has anybody ever done this?? Also I want to take my lift kit off and keep my 245/75/16 tires. Do you think taking out the front liners and doing the spray on bedliner would be a good idea so I don't get rubbing. (I'm taking the lift kit off for better gas mileage)
