I've always been partial to blackwall's myself. Even so, I think it looks stupid when white letters or stripes are on the inside. We can still see them! Which reminds me, it's too bad BFG doesn't offer the AT's in blackwall.

Back in the day they offered both blackwall and white letter in the pre-KO BFG Mall Terrains in flotation sizes (31x1050-15, etc)

Funny story about that really

Fella wanted some KOs on his Dodge 2500. We were happy to oblige. Blackwall out, again, happy to oblige.

He came back to pick up his truck, angry as hell.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU PAINT THE WHITE LETTER SIDE, YOU CAN STILL SEE THEM"
"Because you didn't tell us to?"
"Every tire shop does that"
"Good to know."
"Can you paint them for me?"
"Got any paint?"
"No"
"Nope"

Update on the KM2s. I went snowboarding on Sunday, it was about a 2 1/2 hour drive on the highway. I had no problems with them at all. As for road noise.... none. I still cant believe that they sound stock. Does anyone have KM2s that are loud on the highway?

Qbcraken or something like that has them and thought they were loud.

My dad thinks his Mall Terrains are loud, too.

I think my MT/R's are quiet.

It's all subjective. I think Incubus sucks, you like them...you probably dislike White Zombie, while they happen to be one of my favorite bands.

Are you talking to me or the guy that actually posted the question? And if you wanna spell it phonetically it would be toe-may-toe, toe-mah-toe.

And yes it is completely subjective, but that is what you get when you ask for opinions, not facts.

No that means you paid extra for nitrogen in the tires.Kinda a waste since the air you are breathing is 78% nitrogen already,is the other 22% really worth the hefty extra price you have to pay for it?

I didn't pay extra for nitrogen. I paid extra for 4 years of free flat repairs, 1 year of replacement, and 4 years of tire rotations. They gave me nitro when I wasn't looking. Oh well

I think the KM2s (on the highway) are just as loud as my Micheline x-ice tires I ran all winter. On the streets you ocassionally get a little while, but more than that just a low rumble that you can hear. I love the sound, and the look! Even more now I took my mud flaps off... and the wife didn't even notice! I'm taking off my rusty step bars tonight, I know they are a bit helpfull but they hang too low, make me look super low, and are so rusty they are the only thing people notice about my KJ :( I must say, I've gone a long way on this site, from a stock kj with the offroad kit and all season tire, to ripping off my mud flaps and step bars, putting on KM2s and a CB, heck, and even just starting to do my own work, its great fun!
