I received a letter from Chrysler today explaining a bit about the bankruptcy and Fiat alliance. At the bottom, is a coupon for $1000 cash towards the purchase of a new Chrysler vehicle. It reads as follows...
Quote:
Owner Loyalty Bonus Cash allowance is valid toward the retail purchase or lease of a new and unused 2008 or 2009 Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle. Excluded vehicles: Chrysler Crossfire, PT Cruiser and Sebring Sedan; Dodge Avenger, Caliber, Challenger, Magnum, Sprinter and Viper; Jeep Wrangler, Compass and Patriot. Offer valid 5/5/09 - 6/30/09. Not valid on a prior purchase or lease and cannot be combined with certain other offers, including Conquest cash. Residency restrictions apply. See your dealer for details. Customers who who currently own or lease a Chrysler Brand group vehicle, or returning customers within the last 90 days, and enter into the retail purchase or lease of an eligible model are eligible to participate. The new vehicle must be registered in the name of the eligible purchaser or lessee or their immediate family member living in the same household. Owner Loyalty Bonus Cash is in addition to most national incentives. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Mopar are registered trademarks of Chrysler LLC.
I'm sure it's just wishful thinking, as it does specifically say the offer is not valid on prior purchases, but does the bold print about returning customers in the last 90 days mean I am eligible for $1000 bonus, since I purchased a new liberty in the last 90 days?
