hi i want to use AMSOIL XL 5W-30 OR ASL 5W-30 i chage eagine oil at 5000 km what do you think is better fo for 5000km thanks. :JEEPIN:

I use the ASL 5w-30 for 10.000km and change the OEM filter with a new one every 5.000Km

I have been very impressed with the XL 5w30 at change intervals of 5,000 to 7,500 miles using the 25k filter for two oil change intervals
