So I decided I'm gonna get the 16x7 Cragar Soft 8s. What is the biggest tire I could fit with a stock suspension? I know the largest rubber I could put on the stock wheels is 245/75/16. From what I understand the offset is different so I'm not sure if those would fit without rub.

Anyone on here running the Soft 8s on the stock suspension? If so, what size/brand tires are you running? I'm lookin to get some nice big rubber that also performs in the snow.

Thanks guys!

What is the offset of the wheels? I was running a 255/70-16 on wheels with a +25 offset and didn't have any rubbing issues w/ stock suspension.

According to the Cragar site the offset for the 16x7 with 5x4.5 is listed at 0.

witht he 255/70/16 your gunna rub... that offset is a bit too low... i cant speak cause im only +12 but on a stock set up its gunna be rough, your tires will be way out

Current setup for me is.

Blackrock 16x7... 4inch backspacing... Offset is 0
245/70/16 AT tires
i have Zero rubbing that i've noticed and the tires stick out about 1/2 an inch past the fenders. IMO looks meaner, haha.

Thanks Geene! Good to know you also are running a 0 Offset. Once I make some decisions I'll get stats and pics up soon for a reference for everyone else.

the tread width and mounting width dont need to be the same size. ive seen 265 tires on 7" wide rims alot, even a couple guys on here with 285.
