I want to get a set of crager soft 8s will these tires fit? I plan on upgrading them in a couple months... so im hoping i can get the wheels now while i still have the money. help!

tire size is on the sidewall of the tire, looks something like this

235/70-16

assuming you have 16" rims, 5x4.5 cragar or unique soft8 or d-window, 16x7 4" backspace should be fine

8" wheels are a bit wide for stock tires 16x7 with 5" bs would be fairly close to the placement of the stock rim

there's alot of unnecessary fitment and rubbing issues with 8" rims which for the most part none of our applicable tire sizes benefit from an 8" rim

I just put on Cragar Soft 8s. 16x7 4" backspace. I have Nokian Vatiiva 245/70/16s. Love the setup. I have no lift and I get the tire to barely kiss the pinch weld plastic and fog door - slightest rub ever. I mean barely so I'm not even worried about it. With that said, I do no offroading and this is my DD. I eats snow and wet and is all I care about. I wouldn't run this setup if I was doing offroading without a lift. The Cragars push your tires out another 1.5" and I'm sure I would lose a flare if I had to stuff these meats into the wells. For what I do, its perfect.
