her KJ has 110k.

which is why i like the full shocks and coils replacement.

but Im still not spending $700. :ROTFL:

I WILL do the OME front. then maybe later do OME rear. the clevis lift to level out should not be too bad.

This doesn't make sense. OME front now and OME rear later :?:

Just start putting back $$$ every month for the complete OME lift that comes WITH NEW coils and shocks/struts.

Honestly thats what Im doing, I took part of my college refund so I can get it :mrgreen:

but i wont have enough for tires :banghead:

I have OME hd coils at all 4 corners with Bilsteins also on all 4 corners and my wife every time she rides in mine comments on how much better it rides than it did before(factory suspension with only high 30 some thousand miles on it). Her only complaint is that it is too high and a pain for her to climb in to but then again she's only about 5'4", however she did get a little happier when I installed the "steps"(JCR sliders :ROTFL:

) for her. I think I need to do for her what Tom does for his Mom, carry a step stool in back. :SOMBRERO:

My mother is 5'4" and has trouble getting in my Jeep. But my 70 yr old grandmother has no problem getting in my Jeep. She even said how good it rode with the new tires. Mind you the tires I run are Interco Trxus MTs. :shock:

Anyways, J-rod take note at what Buggin said. I'm sure we can trust his word :wink:

Don't feel bad, I did the same thing. Execpt bought new tires/wheels (they were used but new to me).

C'mon...
If you're getting front OME's, go all the way with rear OME's.
You can build your own Frakenlift for around $800

exactly what i refuse to do! spend that kind of money on a KJ that will not see any hardcore wheelin. 99.5% of its life on pavement.

Sort of why I'd save up, and do it right. OME coils, OME shocks or Bilsteins. About the same price, but the Bilsteins will give a bit more of a firmer, Land Rover air suspension ish ride. OME shocks are softer.

I am one the 100's that will say OME is great with Bilsteins! :pepper:
