Hey guys,

Odd one for ya.

I did a search and see that a majority if not all of the rear hatch threads deal with the glass.

Welp, my case the glass is working great, it's the actual DOOR that isn't unlocking. Checked all the fuses and they're fine, and the door even decided to work ONCE today.

Any thoughts or experience on something like this?

Thanks guys. Other than this, the ol' '02 KJ's still kickin with 161k+ miles!

From what I understand the linkage gets messed up. The gate itself isn't electroic as far as I know. There is an access door on the inside of the gate that you can pop off and open the door. Believe you can see the linkage also. If not you can take the entire cover off the gate once its open.
