Factory tow hooks bolt right on, most use a hitch in the rear for a tow point
and off topic BUT RRO spacer lift? Not a good idea, very hard on the suspension/UCAs etc

i cant find any place to bolt them that would be durable and everyone iv talked to said that spacer lift is ok cause its not compressing the actually spring

Don't know who you talked to but they are completely wrong on the spacer lift
Plus you paid more for that spacer lift than what two springs would of cost. You'll need longer rear shocks, plus should replace the fronts since you have an 02, now you're up to within 160-170 bucks of a full spring lift.
ONLY time a spacer lift should be considered is on a brand new vehicle and for a short period of time

and factory tow hooks bolt right up to the frame/unibody

This is what I did. I found Mopar tow hooks on eBay really cheap.

You can find them many places. Ebay would be one of them.

If you are patient, I should have a pair of KJ tow hooks to sell pretty soon. Mine have the factory stud plates to hold them on (very strong), not those M bolts from the tow hook kit (weak and have a tendency to rip out). I'm picking up one of AtTheHelm's front recovery bars this morning, and once I get it painted and installed, it will replace my tow hooks.
