Yeah but what about your breather tubes. Doesnt the Tranny breather come up under the battery?

Breathers were all extended. See my write up in Tech section. And the one under the tranny isn't the lowest one. The rear diff is pretty low and depending on your year and tranny, the auto tranny breather can be a killer!

Mine are all routed to the top rear of the engine bay for safe keeping.

If you get a snorkel, you want to run the breathers to it.

As for rain: what happens now when you drive in the rain? Same thing will happen with a snorkel. You only have to worry like we do, when you're talking about submerging the airbox.

The snorkel moulding is still in progress.
There has been a delay as we have had replace 2 moulds.
There is also issues with fitment and the existing air cleaner.
We expect that we are about 5 to 6 weeks away from release, not
with standing the **fitment and the existing air cleaner Issues.

OK Here is the deal

ARB are a reseller of the SAFARI brand of snorkle

the Liberty is Known as the Cherokee in Australia

so in the ARB catalogue when they say they manufacture a snorkle for the Cherokee its for an XJ not the KJ Cherokee (liberty), Trust me they dont make thier own snorkle

the ONLY Manufacturer who is making a snork for the KJ is Gibson RM in melbourne Australia, ED from the forum is letting them use his KJ to make the Moulds in fact they are now 4 weeks away from the first one of the production line

and Never fear they have a US distributer lined up 4 you guys
