Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone! I'm glad this thread is helpful to the KK community. If you know of a how-to thread that should be included, please let me know. If you see a gap that could be filled by a new how-to, see if there is one already and let me know. If you create a new how-to thread, post a link below. The list above could use the following additions (and many others too, probably): ATH front bumper install Rock Lizard front bumper install Winch install and wiring Off-road lights, relay and switch wiring Tow hitch install & wiring Parking brake shoe replacement Flaring OE brake hoses and extending brake lines Hockey puck rear bump stop install OME-specific lift kit installation instructions Serpentine belt & tensioner replacement Water pump & thermostat replacement Head gasket replacement walk-through PCV valve replacement Oxygen sensor replacement CB radio and antenna KK-specific install; tuning CB antenna Any takers? Any other ideas? Thanks! --LFH |

I think he mentions that the only difference is having the springs compressed for the OME lift. Winch wiring is a good idea. I know a few guys here run winches, maybe they can get a few pics and explain how they ran the wires. I also think Jeepin_it_real made a CB how to, or a quick explanation of how he did it. Idk if the pics are still up though. I'll have to look around, and maybe ask him to fix broken links or re-upload pics. Give me a day or so. I have a lot going on with school and personal events this week Did anyone ever do a rock slider install how-to(RL, JCR, etc)? I'm not planning on dropping my sliders any time soon(bolts were a pita), and I drilled out a few holes myself to make mounting and fitment a little better. So even if I snapped pics of them mounted and made a walk through it won't match others with RL sliders. When I install my JBA kit, I'll snap some pics of me dropping my OME econo lift and try to put a small how-to together. It'll only be the front though, the rear is the same as a JBA kit. Oh, and I definitely agree with needing another KK mod or 2, especially since Digger hasn't been as active as much. The KJ mods don't really spend much time in KK sections, especially when it comes to sticky-ing some topics. |

Working on a how-to for extending rear brake lines in the KK, with lots of pics. Should be done in a couple of days. I ended the day today with a broken socket and a very stuck rotor. |

I like this thread and hopefully will be a good read for people. I thought I had a good thread on the pcv valve, but I did find a thread that had good pictures of the egr valve. |

Got it, Gage. It's in the "under the hood" category after your TB cleaning thread. NAMoulton1, that would be awesome! Thanks for stepping up and making the how-to. Wow, it's a sticky! Thanks Tom!!! |

Another How-To I plan on doing is the transmission drain and fill, filter/gasket replacement, and drain plug install. But I'm 20,000mi away from needing to so that will be a bit yet. |

Might want to add the Euro taillight mod. The how-to was made by ken5124 viewtopic.php?f=88&t=63676 Edit: I'm bored in class so I'm going through the forum looking for some how-tos that aren't in the tech section. Blacked out headlights - DetroitKK - viewtopic.php?f=88&t=55424 Paracord how to(not sure if this is something you wanted to include) - mawlkrawler - viewtopic.php?f=88&t=71972 |

I thought you worked in the field, not a classroom Still doesn't change my boredom I'm just happy that the semester is almost over... I'm still in class until 9:30-10, so I'm still scouring the forums. If I remember correctly there's a few things in the electrical section. I'm off to there next. |

I'll be looking forward to seeing what you find. Was there a Liberty to Cherokee transformation how-to with changing the side door moldings and clear front marker lights, or was that conversation all in one of Musclezmarinara's parts for sale threads? |
