Yes "Pucks" are actually Hockey "Pucks" some use rubber mallet heads, all depends on what ya got layin around, two of my pucks were hurricane game pucks *shrug*
the Pioneer DEH2200UB or the Kenwood MP3U head units will be perfect
make sure to keep your old speakers handy, you'll end up wanting to cut some tabs off them to rig to the pioneer 6.5's more than likely, stock mounting on the KJ's are friggin strange

lift PN# that are missing for like brake line extensions, front bump stops etc, if you go to
http://www.jeepinbyal.com (no it's not a shameless plug) but he's got everything listed by category, the part number is listed in the product ID and prefixed with JBA, remove the JBA and you have the manufacturer PN#
for instance, the bilstein rear shock on jba is listed as JBA-F4-BE5-6458-H7, the bilstein PN is F4-BE5-6458-H7
that should help should you decide to price shop, I pretty much don't bother anymore, if JBA has it I get it from JBA or ask him to special order it
check-check?
I know things like the front bump stops from terraflex are available at other vendors, however I'm not sure who carries reputable items for the brake lines other than JBA
some brake line extensions simply required moving the bracket down which can be done with some scrap metal versus replacing an entire brake line
extending breathers is just another trip to lowes or maybe orileys or whatever ya got, for hose to hose joiners eg. male/male plastic hose friction connector and then additional hose, a few small radiator clamps and or some zipties
