Dang, tough crowd.
SFA crossmember plans are in the mail in route to Marlin, belly pan will follow shortly.
As for the bumper updates, I'm actually making progress this time. The Monitor Lizard Convertible Winch bumper is on the back burner right now, just too complicated for the amount of time I have right now, I'll tinker with it later. However, there are two other bumpers, the Rock Monitor Budget bumper and the Monitor Lizard ProWinch bumper.
The Monitor ProWinch is the dedicated winch bumper, sticks out 1" less than the ARB and has only a 2" face. Yes, I actually have a steel prototype mockup, and no you can't see it, still classified top secret. I believe I have only shown it to three people on here not counting Ted and Troy, so they can say I have actually been working on it and that is is a big improvement over the original Monitor Lizard design.
The Rock Monitor, well, completely redesigned from the original plan. It is basic, it is budget. Simple recovery bumper only. No hitch, no winch provisions, just a bumper with 1" thick shack tabs. And it is light weight. The picture I will show in a minute has pretty much all there is to the bumper, minus a few little things I didn't have yet, but when I stacked it all together and stood on the scale, it weighed 45 lbs.
So, don't worry, you will get some more pictures of both bumpers actually put together and mounted sometime this year.
Please, no questions or assumptions on either bumper yet, just save the questions until I have them finished and post the final pictures.
Here is a teaser of the Rock Monitor parts. Oh, and since I know the question will come up, yes there is a dang good reason for the shackle tab holes being at the bottom of the tube. Have trust, it will kick arse, I promise.
