Hi all,

I purchased my Jeep Liberty back in 2007 and it is a 2005 Limited. At the time it only had 15k miles. Once I got it, I did all the scheduled maintenance changes on time specified by the manual and she is currently just over 34K miles. The previous owners took pretty good care of it, but I take much better care of her. I was able to pull the records from the local Jeep dealer and all of the recalls and such were performed.

I started posting on Jeep KJ shortly after purchasing it and that led me to LOST KJ. However, I mostly used LOST for research. I decided today that I should introduct myself since I made my first post.

I have been working on vehicles since I was 14. I mostly do detail work, but I also do paint and body. I hold my own when it comes to mechanical and wiring work.

It is my daily driver and I also use it for towing my camper when go camping.

This is my first Jeep and I couldn't be more pleased.

I have only added a few modification as most of my unspent capital goes towards my restoration of a 1967 Mustang. The wheels weren't my first choice, but they have grown on me. I wanted Soft 8's and some BFG AT tires, but I had to settle for Sport Editions and Firestone Destinations. Other than adding a roof basket here in a week or two, what I have is probably the extent of my modifications for quite a while. There is SO much I would love to do. It is an addiction.

Here are some pics... (The "Protected by Glock/S&W sticker has been replaced by a "Only In A Jeep" sticker and I have also added a LOST KJ sticker to the upper middle.)

Sorry for the lack of off-roading pictures. I have only taken her on a couple of off-raod trips and it was pretty low key. Nothing to brag about or take pictures of. However, I am looking to do more.

The black KJ is my brother's. It is a 2006 with 35k miles. He purchased his shortly after I got mine.

Just to let you guys know, I just ordered a Surco Urban Roof Rack in silver. I couldn't ever find a picture of one on a vehicle, let alone one on a KJ, so I don't know how it will look. I hope and think it will look good. I'll post up pics when I get it on.

Thanks man. Yeah, the extra lighting helps quite a bit around my area. I like getting her dirty, but I also really like having a clean vehicle. I get her dirty and instantly clear her back up.lol

I'll try to get some up. It is in pieces now. The whole interior is out, the motor has been taken out and replaced by warmed '85 5.0. I still have to replace the rear end and drive shaft, get it painted and put it all back together. There aren't going to be any glory shots for a while.lol I have most all of the parts I need, I just haven't got the time to finish.

My rack came in today but they sent the Safai Rack instead of the Urban Rack. :(

I think I have to send the other one back and then they will send the other one on. I hope that isn't the case, though.
