In my attempts to get the EGR out, I unbolted this plastic thing in an attempt to get the hoses out of the way. We'll, as I pushed it aside,I heard a snap and the little hose on top was no longer connected.

I am not sure what the hoses are for and I was hoping I could glue it back on and if not, I could go to an autoparts store and buy a new one tomorrow.
You can see the braided hose that broke off sitting on the lower left corner. This thing was bolted just above the EGR valve.

Please help ASAP

The black thing that you broke is the fuel return block. The return pipe from on top of the injectors, the return from the end of the rail, etc. all join in this manifold and then go back to the tank. You'll need to get a new one from the dealer.

The one hose seems to be one with the block and it runs somewhere behind the alternator. I can't get the one hose off the block.

Also try as I might, I cant get the hoses off the EGR

There have been three dudes trying to remove these EGR hoses with no luck.

Took the clamps off and pull and no luck

Two 3/8" brass Ts, three 3/8" barbed X 3/8" NPT fittings, one brass close nipple, and one 7/16" barbed X 3/8" NPT fitting, and four worm gear clamps. Take the Haysoose Spring loaded Clamps and donate them to Al-Queita.

You will be ready to go.
