Timing belt for sure but I see you are on top of that. Fluids (ATF, oil, coolant, etc.) should be drained/flushed and refilled with correct fluids if you don't know what's in there. Check turbo/intercooler hoses for oil soak and tears (need to pull from vehicle to check) unless Samcos and while off check airbox to turbo hose for tear on bottom just in front of turbo and while there check turbo wheel for play (slight for/aft ok; side to side should be no more than a hint of motion if that) Other than that pretty standard checks on tires, brake pads, suspension, etc.
I would not rush to put $s in a new TC unless 1) it's shuddering in which case you have to or 2) you just want to and have spare $s. The post F-37 TC is ok as long as it's treated right and you use ATF+4 in which case it will last until it needs replacing unless you do something outside it's operation range like I did by installing the GDE Stage II turbo.
