I would imagine they are just going to post up a clear and concise writeup when it's done and to answer questions then... I think that was their goal originally but it got buried in boredom-induced keyboard diarrhea.
DING DING DING DING, we have a winner.
Update: It's not done yet.
Please be patient. I work 14+ hours a day, full time single dad when not working, and if I get a day off, it is because I already spent the first 6 hours of it working and decided to spend the rest of it with my kids. I'm buried in emails, pm's and voicemails that would take me 1-2 hours a day minimum to return, I don't have time to answer a bunch of questions on a post on the forum. I know everyone is dying for updates. Believe me, My boyz and I have been waiting years for this moment and each of them have spent $10,000+ and $20,000+ and each of us get frustrated when we don't get as far as we planned because we hit a snag, it started raining, I have to get the kids, we have to go to our other jobs, I have other order obligations to fulfill, new front bumpers to finish, etc. SFA parts and prices will not be available to anyone until I have finished Troy and Ted's KJ first. I owe them that.
I got frustrated with the other post because it was full of garbage, full of questions, full of answers that were not from me, and I was just sick of it after not reading it for a few days then come back to a bunch of BS. So, most questions will easily be answered once it is finished and is self explanatory. The rest of the remaining questions will be easy. I was so mad the other night I had the post deleted before I sad something out of control, and told Troy and Ted I would not show or post anything else until the kit became available to the public after 1/1/10. They about shat themselves judging by the look on their faces because they knew I was serious because I was so mad. So, to keep me from going that far, it is easier that this stay as it is, and I will post a new thread when I am ready.
So, I do have a build page that I update in detail every week or so, which I will release to the public when we are done. For a better update, besides a few little this and thats like mounting shocks and running brakelines, the front is pretty much finished, painted, and sitting on 35's, 8.5" lift over stock, and about 14" wider than stock. My goal was 6" lift, I was told by my SFA peers it can't be done at 6". They were right. But I do have to say it looks BAD stupid!!!
EDIT: and it is completely bolt on (besides welding the axle mounts).
