05 CRD with 4,500 miles. Had the tranny TSB done but nothing else. Shifts great and got 24.5 hand calculated mixed driving on the last tank. In addition, the cummins has 600 lbs torque, not 500, but who's counting.

I am a new member after reading this poll, and I have a 2005 KJ CRD. According to the VIP Summary Report that I "obtained":

Before I owned this Jeep...
-11/7/05- EGR Replace, reprogram control module

-3/27/06- Transmission Replace-545RFE

-5/25/06- Carge air cooler - 2.8L CRD

Since I have owned it...

-6/28/06- Suspension? (I don't know what that is about) and Diagnostic

Not included on this report is that I took it to a North Houston Dealership, and asked that the transmission be flashed according to the TSBs and it isn't on the report! They either didn't report it, or didn't do it at all!

NOW - The Jeep is stuck in New Mexico with a "malfunctioning" torque converter. It is taking two weeks to get the parts!!! I miss my Jeep! :(

I love my KJ - 28MPG highway to 21MPG TOWING 4800lbs!!! I don't have to tell you guys the rest - it is an awesome little vehicle.

Any suggestions on how to prevent further issues - PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

mbreeden2@msn.com

THANKS!
