I just booked my reservations in Sheboygan. As long as I'm going to register for Camp Jeep, if someone wants $25 bucks back...PM me with your "challenge" thing. First come, first serve. Of course, I'm assuming I still get my gas card going through someone else.

PM Benmar2000. The rest of us are Trail Guides and in turn do not have paid registrations.

FYI guys, they just posted the entertainment for the Jeep concert on Saturday night. It's going to be the real Blues Brothers.

Real Blues Brothers huh? Minus John Bulushi (the cool brother) as Jake...

I had signed up for trails 9 and 11 (scenic) because I don't have a tranny skid and I have the stock rock rails. I'm starting to feel that I can do a little more. Can any of the trail guides confirm how bad the intermediate trails are? This will be the first time I have taken by liberty through anything more than a field. I want to play in the mud and water...but am a little hesitant about "boulders"! Thanks-

We took a 3/4 ton suburban over part of trail 1 if that tells you anything.

Trail 9 will be like a drive thru the woods on a dirt road. There are a couple nice dips and what not. It is basically a widened out horse trail. I wouldn't say you will hate it. You will have fun regardless.

Nothing they have this year hard core, although I did manage to break a shock mount on one of the work days.

You can do #3 stock. There is a small rock garden about 10 ft long. You should have plenty of clearance stock, but you can bypass it if you want.

Maybe I'll do a scenic first and then and intermediate on another day. Can you only do 2 trails or those the ones that you are guaranteed to get on? Sorry for so many questions- I'm just excited to get out there! Any trails you can reccomend?

sign in for as many as you can.. trails 6 to 12 should be ok for you.
as for the tranny skid, I did a lot of badlands without one and no lift, so you should be more than ok at Camp Jeep

trail 5 has two Large rocks at the entrance that are trouble and you can't bypass them. Hopefully they have moved them or added some rocks, so you clear them without high centering.

That one is Robert's trail right?

Trail 5 would be me - the rocks give the trail some pizzaz - plus it gets way easier after the entrance. Bone stockers would have some problems with the first few rocks due to clearence.

You might have a little more Pizzaz on 5
They were talking about adding an optional rock garden when you come out of the woods

I'm hoping that once I get out there, they will let me run more than 2 trails. Plus the playground and compass course were full when I registered :( . I really wanted to play all three days!

Paul - where'd you hear that? That would be cool because after you come out of the trees, it is slooooowwww.

From my previous trips to Camp Jeep - in VA and PA, you were allowed to sign up for one additional trail in person, however it was first come, first serve. Doesn't mean it will happen again. Some events open there sign up in the morning for that day only, while other events open the sign up first day for the entire event. Make sure you get to the booths that have the things you want to do right away, to ensure your opportunity.

At the last run on trail 5, Chris was there talking with the property owner about making an alternate exit over the rock fence. He seemed fine with it, so we'll see if it is there on the 9th

I would like to go, but it looks like a big trip around Lake MI. Any short cuts?
