on 15 inch wheels but my spare tire is still stock. If I have a blow out and need to use the spare I can still use it correct even thought it isn't the same size correct. I mean I wouldn't be driving like this all the time, just until I fixed the tire or got it replaced.

You'd put some serious wear and tear on whichever diff it was installed on. Your regular tire would be rotating as a different speed than the spare.

Yes your differential would be doing lots of differentiating. Would be like driving in circles all day. If you had a trac-lok diff it would fry it.

getting something at least close to you new tire set. using a stock tire with a 31" isn't a good idea.... especially if you wheel it, lost clearance and tracation, not a good idea.

Look for a used spare.

It would suck on the trail to have a blow out, but I wouldnt see a problem with doing it on the road if its just a short distance. I wouldnt make a 500mile trip or anything on it, but you should be fine. If you have an LS or locker in the rear and have a flat on the back, you would need to take a tire off the front and put it on the rear and put the spare on the front.
