Any info on where the monthly rides are going to be? And What should I bring with me. It would be a first for me.

Check out the Calendar of events at the top of the MA lost board. There you will find out the dates of any upcoming rides. Looks like Sat the 21 will be are next run at Rausch Creek. Places change Usually either Raush Creek or Paragon. But in November we have the Fall Krawl at George Washington National Forest. This will be a great place for a first timer. Easy trails not much rock crawling.

As for what equipment to bring. Tow hooks are a must! Skid plates are a not too distant Second. Check out the general page Pixeldzn has a good thread in the sticky section Recommended tools for the trail. Plenty of recommendations for tools, Recovery gear, personal supplies etc.
