Don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but I was just at Wal-Mart perusing the oil aisle and they had Mopar ATF+4 by the quart for $4.42 ea. Hope someone finds this useful!

EDIT: I should've mentioned this was NE Ft. Worth.

Awesome! Good info. The only other place I've seen it so far is CarQuest and Ebay. :D

And take a look at the next self down. ATF+4 is also bottled an sold under their house brand (Supertech) for about half that price.

Ohhhh, they didn't have any supertech +4, but they did have 75w-140 synthetic house brand gear oil, altho it was 9 something a quart, more than some other name brands!

I was at Wall Mart today and noticed that the Wall Mart Superteck brand was $2.96 or something like that. I looked at the label and it just said "made for Wall Mart " Didn't say who made it??? I wonder if it is just as good????

I got some to top off after a fluid change....works fine and I would bet it's made by a major manufacturer. Less than $3/qt is awesome IIDSS.

I saw that here at my local Wallyworld too. I was surprised to see the Mopar brand though. I've seen the Valvoline ATF+4 at the parts stores already.

valvoline is the one who supplied mopar with the oil. and mopar just recently released them to make it publicly available. I imiagine that the walmart brand is made by valvoline.

Last I heard all our oil and fluids was made by Mobil. Kendall used to do it years ago. I don't think Valvoline has ever been our supplier though.

I found Valvoline ATF+4 at a local parts store for $3.49 a quart. Just like everything else Mopar, they probably take Valvoline, paint it black, put Mopar on the front and charge $1.00 more.
