Jeep got hit today

On the way to work today I was rear ended on the expressway. All the traffic came to a sudden stop and the guy behind me could not stop. He was driving a Ford pick-up truck and he me pretty hard and that push me into the car in front of me. I got out looking at the damage on my Jeep and I was really surprised at what I saw. They only dent I could see was from the spare tire rack getting pushed into the back door. The guy that hit me, his pick-up was a mess. The hood was dented and with his front quarter panels. His grill was cracked and the bumper bent. The spare tire acted like a great rubber bumper. The front bumper of the Jeep was bent a little. I have an insurance appraiser coming to look at it tomorrow. Have to look and see if there was any damage on the inside. I’m fine just have a little headace.

Last time I was rear ended, I went and got a check up for a sore neck at the hospital and a couple days later the other guys insurance company offered me $1500 to settle the injury. I wish someone would do it again. I want Rocklizard bumpers.

I got rearended Thursday morning too! The BMW that hit me was pretty trashed. Probably $10k in damages at least. Glad you're ok.
