Well I never got a call back from All-Js. So I started stripping the lift off the truck tonight. I'm going to pack it up, ship it back, and dispute the charge on my credit card.
What a joke.
Just a note for anyone else who is considering going back to stock. The bushings in the Rancho shocks are too small. When you torque them to spec they crush the shock mounts. Now the stock shocks no longer fit. So if you are using these shocks and think you'll ever go back to stock (to sell it, etc) use some washers to prevent the shock mount from deforming.
Sorry Guys I was out yesterday, as I have been moving and don't have access to the internet at home. I have a solution for your problem. I will try to call this morning. It seems that the issue is the bumpstop isn't working as well as the old hose clamp and bump we used to use. I will switch back to this and move forward from here. I switched from the bump and hose clamp because everyone complained that it didn't look good. But it was the best solution and worked the best. As of today we will just switch back to this since it worked perfectly and we had no complaints before with the clamped bump. We tried to build the parts to wokr without the clamp, but it's apparent that this new part isn't working for some owners. I can send out the old bump and clamp to anyone having the issue. It's and easy fix as I just comfirmed this moring.
