:P We have decided to go with Rusty's coil lift for our KJ. I have lifted plenty of wranglers but I have never lifted a IFS jeep before. What should I expect while doing this? Any tips? How long of a process is this going to be? Also if anyone knows of any good websites where I could find accessories for the roof rack such as the crossbars that would also be greatly appreicated.[/quote]

I installed my Rusty Coil Lift a few weeks ago with the help of Eddo and Moose. It took about three hours and was without any major problems. I am taking it out on the trail this weekend for the first time but a detailed post of the install is available HERE.

Get some good spring compressors (Do Not go cheap here) or take them to a place that can do them for free or minimal cost. Do not go to Pep Boys! They will charge an arm and a leg.

A simple install but very helpful to have a buddy help.

There are also several auto parts places that will allow you to borrow a set of spring compressors for free.
