I know the coolant is long life. Realistically when should a flush and fill be done? Almost all highway, almost 4 yrs old.

100k or 5 years is what is recommended but I would go 60k so long as it's within the 5 years. That is provided you have embittered coolant (pink). I don't think there was a KJ without the pink coolant.
