I dont see why they wouldn't total that. You give or take need an entire new front end, as well as rear door/rear side panel.

Did the airbag deploy? They will ususally total it out when the bag opens. It looks pretty bad.

I think that's totaled man. I think that would be totaled if it were brand new. Sorry about the devestation this is causing. Glad your fiancee is okay though. That's a tough wreck. Thank the KJ for keeping her safe.

Yeah, I'm going to agree w/ the rest, insurance should call that totalled. I can imagine that is hard to see. I just think sbout mine like that and I cringe. Glad your finance made it out as well as she did.

Well everything is in motion, unfortunatly the lawyer is out of town for the week but i guess it can wait. Got the rental, a 2006 chevy cobalt, it's not my libby thats for sure. Sadly i think i am going to be upside down on the jeep by 4K. And the insurance company cuts the check to the dealer instead of me. I was hoping they would give it to me so i can pay some bills and have a down payment while making payments on the jeep. but guess not. Which is ok if you have SOME money but after all this medical stuff im broke. So after they declare us totalled we are vehicless for awhile.

May she rest in peace. Pull out anything you can that's not stock that is still worthy and working (speakers, radios).

As I said FLJeep in your other post....alll the medical bills need to go the auto uinsurance since it is related to the car that you are going to the doc....or rather your fiance's reason for going to the doc....they should be the ones cutting you a check for the bills, not you having to fork over dough....I know when i was in my wreck all teh doc bills i got i had stated on them for visits as result of auto accident, and made sure to tell the doc that too during the visit, they make a note of it and then expect to bill the insurance company....i hope you're ready to discuss that aspect of things with your lawyer when he gets back in town...and bestof luck to you and your fiance...

we cant find a doc that will take the auto claim as the insurance.....most are way too full or they wont take our claim as a payable method.

Do you not have a standard doc you go to see, or is it him that is "filled up"? i just went to the doc my parents go see and said I'm here becasue I was in a wreck and want to make sure there is nothing wrong...got in they sent us the bill and then we forwarded it to the insurance....I hope things work out for ya...

My personal doctor wouldn't see me either, they don't do collisions. But my lawyer did set me up with a chiroprator, your lawyer probably knows several different types of doctors that will see you for free after an accident. He found one for me just down the street from my apartment which is nice. Healing can take a long time.

Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and get documents from your lawyer.

If my family doctor didn't "take collisions," he wouldn't be my family doctor any more. That's pathetic. :?

If you have the space at your house, keep the truck after it's totaled and part it out here on lost and on ebay. Seats, speakers, etc., etc. My wife's little Nissan was totaled and I wanted to keep it and part it out, but I don't have the space at my house to store it as the parts are removed/sold/shipped. Acreage isn't cheap at the beach.

Good luck and keep us posted.
