..I can't believe what kind of bullsh$# I'm hearing. What is wrong with some of these idiots? Sure, there are vehicules that have a different demographic than others but WTF. I wonder how many 'happy male' drivers own 100k BMW or Benzes or for that matter how many own pickups!

I think the idiots at that magazine are stupid. Sure, there are certain vehicules I wouldn't buy but that's choice. And yes, I will have to agree with some of the previous posts, I know a few individuals with wranglers who don't even know how to drive up a GOD darn curb.....well looks like I'm not going to buy this mag again.

I still think a challange is the best way. One can say it is good, one can say it is bad, but a challange places the stake in the ground. if I had a decked out kj, I sure call their bluff.

For those saying to tell the companies advertising in the dirty rag, you wouldn't want to tell them why you don't support them as far as what vehicles. Remember, most of those companies making off-road components and products, don't make anything for a KJ and don't have plans to do it either so to them, KJ owners boycotting them means nothing. You would need KJ, XJ, TJ, ZJ, , YJ, CJ, and all other J's & K's, and Willy owners to support a boycott to make it effective.

I would be more than happy to discuss this issue with anyone from JP, in person.

someone might cut that guy's d*ck off, then we can see who's lame and who's not. (not that there is anything wrong with it)
oh as for buying those mags, just leech and read them at the stand, and put them back on.. (long live Barnes and Noble)
it's not us who should be offended, DC hast to step in and do something about that, for degrading the vehile, and ax'ing sales,, could even demand $$ for the loss of sales.. I am serious. Laws in this country are wide enough that something like this in a nationwide published magazine could be treated as biased article. It's not like it was written in a bathroom stall..

They called me and tried to get me to resubscribe. We said thanks but no thanks and explained why. They didnt really say anything. We were very polite, but hopefully word will get around if they get enough of those responses.Cappa thinks that his Grand Waggoneer is the hot *$)& so he'll brag about it all he wants and ignore everyone else. I bet if someone got him a Compass and paid him to drive it, he'd be all over advertising for it.

I see that Jeep fell off the map starting in 2005. Maybe gays were put off then by JP Magazine and stopped buying Jeeps!! :)

They've been extra hard on the kj, as I look back on past issues, it boils down to the IFS, so I thought, but the GC went IFS and they don't get the pounding that the liberty does, they seem to have a personal vandita against the kj for some reason. They are also pretty mean toward the yj, but they except it, but not without rude comments. I don't see how it's in thier best interest to alienate certain jeeps and jeep owners. This last article was an insult to kj owners more than the kj. They should be inclusive to all jeeps and jeep owners, even the compass has it's place and should be included as it is a jeep (sotra), but you get the point. But you can bet your bottom dollar people will wheel the compass, as they do the escape. If it has tires and awd, people will find away to wheel it and you have to respect that, good ole american fortitude. I like jp, but the more I think about it, the madder I get, I believe I may cancel as well, I have enough pitures of Bree anyway ha ha.
