OK gang, if you want to join us, we will be on CB CH 12. Joel, if you can make this give me a call, and we can just meet you at the arapahoe home depot.

Norris from CO4x4 will be the lead for the Arapahoe home depot to the fairgrounds, also they will be leaving the homedepot by 0945, so we should leave the diamond shamrock no later than 0950!!!

I'm hoping this is a typo, I'll be at the Diamond Shamrock (on Baptist Rd. near the Academy) between 0830 and 0840. I'm sure you meant that we should leave the Diamond Shamrock no later than 0850.

It is a typo, and we should really leave out by 0830-0840, because they bumped the start time to 0945 instead of 1000. See you guys in the morning.

Was doing some reading on the CO4x4 board, and it has come to my attention that the Toys for Tots run in is Denver, the one we are planning to attend, and there is also another Christmas for Kids Toy Run here in Colorado Springs. It is just like the T4T run, but it is at the same time. Big parade of 4x4's, police escort, and the raffle giveaways, to include that Scrambler. The group for the Colorado Springs parade is meeting at 0900 at N. Academy and Kelly Johnson http://www.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q= ... &z=15&om=1

The toy thing is just like the Toys 4 tots where you bring unwrapped gifts. Not that it is the reason for doing this run, but the Raffle Jeep ticket sales for the Denver area ended Thursday. Something for you guys to think about, but since there are only a few of us going to do this representing the LOST Rockies, and since all of us live in the springs or Castle Rock, maybe we might want to consider doing this local run. Both runs are for the same cause, so I personally would rather do this parade, especially with the snow coming down right now, and if we went to Denver, I have decided to brave the death wobble in the ZJ and leave the heatless beast at home. If we did the local run, I would bring both jeeps so the kids and wife can have heat and comfort.

Here are the threads on this if you guys want to read it over. Give me a call in the morning after 0700 and let me know. I'm just a little leary to drive either jeep to Denver, especially with the weather that set in.

OH, and if we do the springs run, maybe Troy would be able to join us after he gets off work, and can bail when he can't keep his eyes open anymore. Troy, you reading this? What do you think?
