Joel, you could always hit a WalMart on the way and pick up a pound or two of tater salad and/or a bag of rolls. Just a thought.

That will work. See you guys tonight.

I picked up some charcoal this morning. So I am bringing meat to BBQ, Charcoal, paperplates, and utensils.

See you this evening.

Awesome. The Ham is in the Crockpot so it will be real tender with the beans by 6 tonight. See you guys when you get here. Don't forget to bring some chairs, and give me a call if you get lost: 719-360-7414.

Just wanted to thank everyone that showed up for an awesome first club Christmas party. It was a great turn out. It wasn't a huge number of people, but every chair was full without anyone sitting on the floor (well, except the kids :D ). I don't suppose anyone took a picture of the whole group feast? Pete, thanks for putting together that awesome picture show. Thanks to everyone for bringing something to add to the buffet. There wasn't much for left overs, except for my ham and beans, which is fine by me because I can eat that stuff all week.:D For those that couldn't make it, hopefully next time, because it was a great time, and we didn't really spend that much time talking jeeps. Just like a big family telling stories about our lives.

I look forward to many more trail adventures and get togethers like this in the new year. Merry Christmas to everyone, and if you are heading out of town for the holidays, I pray your trip is a safe one.

Sounds like a great time. Wish I could've been there but I was enjoying ribs and steak with my parents. Nice and warm here in Ohio also. 62 degrees today. How was the weather in the Springs and Denver Metro this weekend? Funny how I got the best gas mileage on my first tank from Aurora going into Kansas and that is with the speed limit at 75. Speed limits drop to 70 and 65 the rest of the way yet worse gas mileage.

I've noticed the same thing whenever I go on a road trip. I'll get somewhere in the neighborhood of 21mpg for the first tank and then steadily down from there. :?

Pete, I can't remember, but did you say you were going to burn those to disc for those of us that one a hard copy? And, my computer is really stupid lately, but are the pictures blurry on anyone else's screen?

The pictures are blurry on the original due to low resolution pictures being blown up to make the video. I appologize for this and by next year I'll be using a different program and I'll be making a higher quality product by then. Until then, just call me "New".

No big deal, just wasn't sure if it was my computer or a way to focus on that google program. The pictures looked clear when you played it on your computer the other night, but could have been my eyesight at the distance I was sitting.:D

It tends to look better at further distances and smaller sizes. When viewed at thumbnail size from 100 yards, you can't see any issues (nor anything else for that matter).  Give me some time during my next deployment and I'll figure out a better way to do these. There is a guy in my unit that does this stuff professionally and I might be able to get him to tutor me.

Make sure you are playing it in original size vs double which makes it look really blurry.
