Every now and then when I am pulling into the garage, (I am not sure if I turn the jeep off before the lights off or not) but sometimes the headlights stay on even though I turned them off. So I go back and turn them on (which they already are) the back off and they come off. Is there something wrong or am I doing something that I don't know about? Thanks.

Yea your turning off the engine before turning off the lights, they should only stay on for about 30secs. and go off by themselves, you can change the how long they stay on if you have the little evic thing.
