My Liberty is at the collision shop getting fixed for the rear-end accident I was in back in Oct. The Liberty should be done on Friday. The guy at the collision shop was great. There were things on the list that my insurance company wrote to be fixed, that were not even damaged. So he said he would credit me the money for them. So I asked if I could use that credit to get my doors fixed were I hit a tree at “The Badlands”. He said not a problem so I’m getting them fixed with out any extra cost to me.

I went to a body shop just up the street to see how much it would cost to get some scratches repainted and I was looking at a $500 estimate. There are three places I had him look. One was from the most recent trip out:

 Oh well, was worth a shot.... I keep telling myself they are badges of honor that remind me I like to enjoy my 4x4 in nature. They have much better stories then dings from parking lots.

Turtle Wax Scratch and Swirl remover works wonders. I've had some nasty stractes and was able to buff them out where you can't even tell there was a scratch.
