What is the inside diameter and free coil length (length of the spring when uncompressed) of the front coil spring on the KJ?

The inside diameter should always be the same. Well it looks like I am on my own for this one. My guess is it is either 2 1/2" or 3" for the inside diameter.
I am attempting to develop a 3 1/2" true suspension lift for the CRD with aftermarket bumpers and winch. My calculation tell me that 475lb to 500lb spring should do the trick. To develop high quality lift kifts you have start from the begining and make all the necessary calculation for the spring rates to prevent sag. Well wish me luck. If anyone has some input I'm always open to ideas.

Using a tape measure, the inside diameter is 3 5/32". I don't have a stock spring to check for length but Rusty's 2.5" front coil is 15" long.

Well it's tough to say. I used to do a lot of metal manufacturing before I went back to school and got my Masters of Biomechanical Engineering. Currently I only dabble but I still have the connections with my previous employer and this is well with in his range of capability to produce. Truthfully, I believe that most of the parts are already out there but they just need to be assembled according to the weight of the vehicle.
