 Post subject: my first liberty!

soo.. this is my first liberty and i love it so far!.. it's a 6 speed and so far I've installed 30% tinted windows, a magnaflow muffler, K&N air intake, spidertrax wheel spacers.. and the light bar is going on very soon... .then a lift,skids, and tires before the jeep jamboree in june!

(it goes up that hill no problem)

where the hell do you guys find manual tranny libbies at, I looked all over the States and could only find an 02 in Florida.


So i settled with an auto, and i hate it.

hahahaha.. well actually i went to the jeep dealer looking for a compass.. and this libby was in the show room and took my eye. i wanted a 6 speed... but didnt know they came with one in them.. just so happens this one had one.. dumb luck i guess :D I live in western PA and have plans to go to the Penns woods jeep jambo.. in bradford PA june 22-24.. i would like to do more but that seems to be the closest one..

Awesome, I love that red color. Firestorm they call it? I was going to get an 06 sport in that color but I found a green one for a better price, also a 6-speed. Is that an 06 or 07? I wasnt aware that they offered the 6 speed in the renegade, thought it was only on the sport. The new 6 is a great transmission isnt it? Mine is such a blast, gear ratios are perfect for the motor.

Can't be an '07, they don't make the Renegade anymore; it's been replaced by the Latitude.

Not an '06 because the fogs aren't mounted in the Grille.

I'm gonna say '05 maybe?


AWESOME looking truck, no matter what year it is. I'm going to be looking for a used Renegade once I pay off my JK.

It's an 06, rennies get the fogs mounted on the bumper, all other 06s get fogs in grille. Awesome looking Rennie.
