Actually, thought the same thing when I saw the post and was going to to mention something to David and see if he liked the idea. :)

Tammy has a cool idea and some really cool pics for a plaque. If Tammy wants, she can post them.

If it is feasible and cost efficient, I`d say go for it. David, what do you think?

I love the pics tammy came up with, but correct me if i'm wrong, i thought that the dash plaques are only the base color and the etching. Can they do full color dash plaques? I would think that would be way expensive for the "relatively few" we would need for the fall crawl.

If we do do this, then i personally think the 4th and 5th pic would be the best for the Fall Crawl since the pics were taken in the fall. The examples on the other thread look to be metal with etching, so you are saying the ones you can get made are not metal, but do have color pictures on them? Personally i like the etched ones being that i would think they would hold up better over time.

Sorry I took so long to chime in on this topic. Been bustin' my booty at work. I definitely would like to do some of these. I do like the 4th one for it being in the fall but I also like the one with the Rene because the outline of it reminds me of a fallen leaf. (amazingly not the one featuring my Jeep) <----- I already pm'd Tammy and she is supposed to be getting back to me on cost. When she does then we can get this moving.

I agree with Nate about the smaller etched ones but whichever we do is cool with me. Pic #2 jumped at me from when I first saw them. That pic is cool and the font is nice.

Just going to add my $.02 too. I like the etched look better. I guess it really all depends on cost for it when it comes down to it.

Tammy,
Can your guy do the etched ones too? If so, can you get a cost for both, and with your artistic talent, can you make a couple etched designs, then maybe we will have something to vote on. although i dont want this to end up like the MA Lost Sticker votes.

:D I'm more inclined for the etched ones only because my others on the dash are the etched type! Joe

There is a place that a lot of clubs go with called Daytona Trophy but their prices are a bit high for my taste.

Need a Dash Plaque for your club event? We have the place that can help you out. We use Carjo in Phelan CA. They have helped the "LOST" KJ West club out for a number of years and are willing to ship to your area. They are also willing to work with you to get the plaque, trophies, badges, or signs for you event. We have always enjoyed handing these out at events and here are just a few of the dash plaques they have done for us in the past. Please give a call at 760-868-6866 and speak with Dan or Vickie. be sure to tell them you are with the "LOST" KJ Club. Later...Clint

I think maybe this might be a good place to start.
