I've got them with a 2.5" lift (Daystar front) - and they fit fine - the wheels are fine at stock height - but you commonly find them sold with the Rubicon MTR's - and at 245x75x16 those will rub without a lift. The cheapest way to find them is the Rubicon owners forum - (not sure if the link works - it timed out on me now - used to work) registration is required but it's free.

Rubicon owners commonly take them off to put larger wheels/tires on - I got 5 wheels and tires for $800 - the key is finding someone close because shipping is a big deal - Southern California folks can get them for less - no idea what the St Louis market is like
I forgot to add - MTR's are a lot heavier - stock wheel/tire was 46 lbs - Rubicon -75 lbs - virtually all of that extra weight is in the tire which is a lot to accelerate/stop -it does impact your mileage - about 1-2 mpg depending on your driving style.
